Community Needs
Education
Education comes first. From pre-school to higher education to continuing education our goal is to create an environment that will be conducive to learning and education. We take into consideration the variety of needs and styles in one community and will do our best to provide a solution.
Community means feeling at home knowing your nieghbors and participating. All religious needs will be addressed to the satisfaction of the residents.
A fully equipted community center with sports facilities, community action groups, clubs and continuing learning. Cultural events will be encouraged.
Community assistance from special ed needs, professional retraining, learning Hebrew and much more are being taken into consideration.
Parks & Recreation
Extensive parks with recreational equiptment for all ages including a small lake and lush greenery. Also a system for biking and walking paths is being developed and a small zoo is under consideration. In addition a large international convention center with a hotel and resturants will be available.
Services & Commerce
Services such as legal, medical, maintanece, etc will be provided on site or adjacent. GB has planned a large shopping plaza including a variety of stores and services.
