GB's (Gisma Bracha) vision is to develop large employment-housing projects in Israel and around the world. GB will provide incentives, assistance in relocation, and a packaged deal to ensure a "soft-landing" for companies from abroad that will integrate into our complex. Stage one is planned for approximately 1500 housing units adjacent to 30-40 companies. Each site will save 70,000 metric tons of CO2 emissions annually.

GB is now recruiting cutting-edge local and foreign companies which focus on sustainable energy  development and marketing.

In addition GB's complex will be environmentally oriented being based as much as possible on solar energy, energy efficient building, waste recycling, etc. Our goal at GB is a low to no "carbon footprint" community model. We at GB strive for excellence in order to develop into the number one leading contributors in the field. As well as exemplifying a "real-time"sustainable-e model community.

The prospective companies should by large have the following attributes:

Established companies interested in expanding (small percentage of 

start-ups.

Able to relocate in Israel and become Israeli citizens (Jewish).

Employ numerous people (GB also assists with local manpower issues)

Must be passionate about sustainable energy and settlement in Israel.

Must present a significant contribution both to GB and thru their product and/or service The government is more conducive than ever, providing benefits in various fields as well as trying to reduce bureaucracy by new legislation.

In order to ensure our success GB needs to stay afloat preparing plans and finalizing negotiations. Expenses include legal services, permits registration PR, architectural planning, financial experts, and office and management expenses!
